Job Description:
A company is looking for a Search Manager responsible for
executing the full life-cycle of search and placement services and
leading a team of Recruiters.
Key Responsibilities
Interview, hire, onboard, and oversee a team of executive
recruiters
Develop client accounts and generate new business through various
marketing strategies
Manage the interviewing and hiring process, ensuring successful
placements and cultural fit
Required Qualifications
Minimum of five years of successful sales experience, preferably in
a service industry
At least three years of experience managing a team in recruiting or
sales
Experience recruiting top tier, mid- to senior-level candidates or
relevant industry experience is preferred
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent
professional experience
Demonstrated leadership skills and proven success in driving
productivity through team management
