A company is looking for a General Manager, Owned &
Operated.
Key Responsibilities
Drive business growth and manage P&L for assigned
territories
Develop and implement scalable operational playbooks to enhance
efficiency and performance
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to foster a culture of
accountability and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
6+ years of operational leadership experience, preferably in
multi-site environments
Experience in high-growth, tech-enabled operations
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational
efficiency
Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using Excel and
BI tools
MBA is a plus
