Job Description:
A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager (RN II) -
FULLY REMOTE.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess patients' clinical needs against established guidelines to
ensure appropriate care levels
Coordinate and implement care plans, monitoring services and
advocating for members throughout their healthcare journey
Mentor and train new RNs and staff, while serving as a subject
matter expert in various projects
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred or
relevant experience in lieu of degree
Minimum of two (2) years clinical experience required
Minimum of two (2) years' experience in health care payer settings
required
Active Unrestricted NJ RN License or active Compact License
required
CCM certification preferred for Clinical Advocate roles
