A company is looking for a Senior Strategic Account Manager,
Corporate.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic account plans for higher education
clients to achieve goals and drive revenue growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
within client institutions
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and
services within existing accounts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales,
Education Technology, or a related field; Master's degree
preferred
Minimum of 7 years of experience in account management or sales,
focused on the higher education market
Experience with higher education institutions using Learning
Management Systems (LMS) and/or Video Content Management Systems
(VCMS)
Proven track record of building strategic relationships with
clients and exceeding key metrics
Experience with CRM and Customer Success software, such as
Salesforce
