Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Account Manager to oversee
customer relationships and account management.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality customer service and proactive relationship
management for top clients
Manage contract renewals and assist with billing analysis and
issues
Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely project completion and
identify new service opportunities
Required Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in SaaS account management or technical
customer success
Knowledge of accounting and billing fundamentals
Experience with Hosted Telephony (VOIP/SIP)
Ability to create customer-facing presentations and reports
Post-secondary education preferred
