A company is looking for an Alliance Director - Healthcare
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Provide formal supervision, training, and performance evaluations
for staff
Implement business strategies to build client relationships and
identify new revenue opportunities
Conduct regular meetings with client management to understand needs
and evaluate industry trends
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience,
or a combination of experience and education
Experience in staffing, training, coaching, and performance
management preferred
Leadership skills to manage and achieve targets across multiple
departments
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Expert organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive
mindset
