A company is looking for a Sales Manager for its Mortgage
Division.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and support all Loan Officers and sales team
members
Oversee the entire sales pipeline and handle escalations or
roadblocks
Train and coach Loan Officers on sales techniques, product
knowledge, and compliance
Qualifications:
Strong background in mortgage sales with leadership experience
Proven success in managing sales pipelines and developing
high-performing teams
Deep understanding of mortgage structuring, underwriting, and
compliance
Experience in recruiting, coaching, and mentoring sales
professionals
Comfortable learning and implementing new technology and tools
