A company is looking for a Director of Influencer & Creator
Partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Own and evolve the influencer and affiliate strategy to support
company growth goals
Lead and mentor the influencer marketing team, providing strategic
direction and daily support
Manage the full lifecycle of influencer campaigns, from sourcing
and onboarding to execution and performance analysis
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate
marketing, or brand partnerships
3+ years of team leadership or management experience
Proven track record of building and scaling influencer/affiliate
programs in DTC or CPG brands
Experience negotiating influencer contracts, managing budgets, and
tracking KPIs
