Job Description:
The Investor Sales Director plays a pivotal role in our real estate
investment business. You will be responsible for building and
maintaining relationships with real estate investors and cash
buyers to expand our Buyers List. Your goal is to secure the
highest offers for properties placed under contract. This role
involves effective communication, marketing properties, negotiating
offers, and collaborating with the Transactional Coordinator to
ensure successful transactions.
Responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities:
--- Prescreen and evaluate new Investors or Cash Buyers interested
in joining our network
--- Maintain accurate Investor and Cash Buyer databases
--- Oversee marketing systems for properties under contract
--- Receive and negotiate offers, tracking updates
systematically
--- Respond promptly to Buyer inquiries and follow up
consistently
--- Coordinate property inspections with Transactional Coordinator
and Buyers
--- Select the highest and best offer for properties under
contract
--- Prepare Assignment Agreements and initiate the Escrow
process
--- Be responsive to inquiries during Escrow, even after regular
business hours
