are seeking an experienced Product Manager with over 10 years of
hands-on experience in electrical engineering, project management,
and technical oversight. The ideal candidate will have a strong
background in UPS systems, generator upgrades, preventative
maintenance, and photovoltaic projects, with demonstrated
experience working in pharmaceutical environments and ensuring
compliance with GMP standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : (This list is
not exhaustive and may be supplemented or changed as necessary.)
Lead and manage Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) projects to
ensure reliable power distribution and system redundancy Respond to
Construction Requests for Information (RFIs) related to equipment
installation, including freezers, glasswashers, autoclaves, and
room modifications Oversee generator upgrades, including control
systems and performance enhancements Implement and manage
electrical preventative maintenance programs to ensure system
reliability and minimize downtime Operate within a pharmaceutical
environment, ensuring compliance with GMP requirements and
coordinating with Quality Assurance and other stakeholders Manage
and maintain medium voltage vacuum breakers, ensuring optimal
performance and integration Lead the design, installation, and
maintenance of photovoltaic systems to support sustainable energy
initiatives QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Education : Bachelor’s
degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field Professional
Engineer (PE) license preferred Experience : Minimum 10 years of
experience in electrical engineering, with a strong focus on
project management and technical execution Proven experience in:
UPS system implementation and management Responding to Construction
RFIs for complex equipment installations Generator upgrades and
control system enhancements Electrical preventative maintenance
programs Medium voltage vacuum breaker operations Photovoltaic
system design and maintenance Skills and Attributes : Strong
understanding of electrical standards and codes applicable to the
pharmaceutical industry Demonstrated ability to work in
GMP-regulated environments Excellent problem-solving and
troubleshooting skills Strong communication skills with the ability
to collaborate across cross-functional teams Ability to manage
large-scale infrastructure projects and meet tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications : Experience with automation and control
systems Familiarity with pharmaceutical electrical compliance
standards and documentation practices Strong project management
skills with experience leading multidisciplinary teams TOTAL

expected salary range for this position is $107,000 to $130,000.
Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications,
geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by
law. Currently, Syner-G is unable to sponsor or take over
