Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to manage a team
and collaborate with a client's DevOps team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers in deployment,
automation, and monitoring best practices
Collaborate with client DevOps teams to align infrastructure goals
and facilitate application migration to Kubernetes
Design and manage scalable multi-cloud infrastructure solutions,
ensuring robust monitoring and incident response
Required Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure
automation
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash and basic
programming experience in Java or Python
Deep understanding of Linux-based systems administration and
experience with AWS
Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform and
experience in building CI/CD pipelines
Prior experience leading a team in client-facing or
cross-functional environments
