POSITION DEPARTMENT: OPERATIONS REPORTS TO: BRANCH SUPPORT MANAGER
POSITION OVERVIEW: The Branch Supervisor oversees daily operations
and ensures exceptional service standards at our branches. The
ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for
customer service, and experience in managing branch operations. As
a Branch Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising branch
staff, handling internal and external customer inquiries and
concerns, ensuring efficient service delivery, and contributing to
the overall success of the branch. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise and lead a team of branch service associates, ensuring
consistent, high-quality customer service. Address and resolve
customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and
timely manner. Oversee branch operations to ensure compliance with
banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Minimize
operational losses through proper risk mitigation Conduct regular
coaching and performance evaluations for branch service associates.
Ensure smooth daily branch operations, including maintaining
adequate staffing levels and ensuring all services are delivered
effectively. Monitor daily reports Assist with training and
development of branch staff to enhance service knowledge and
skills. Manage branch scheduling to ensure proper coverage and
minimize downtime. Work collaboratively with the Operations Manager
to achieve business objectives. Ensure the branch environment is
welcoming, clean, and customer-friendly. Live and lead the Endeavor
Core Values Perform required reconciliations, certifications and
prepare for and achieve satisfactory audit results Perform other
duties as assigned by the Operations Manager SUPERVISORY
RESPONSIBILITIES: This job has supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 2 years of prior Bank supervisory
experience Thorough knowledge of bank operations Ability to
multi-task to complete duties and meet deadlines Ability to exhibit
professionalism and a positive attitude under pressure Ability to
work independently yet collaborate cross-functionally in a team
environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability
to handle multiple priorities, projects, and relationships
simultaneously, strong organizational skills Strong customer focus
and proven success in managing client accounts Knowledge of
Microsoft Office products
