Management Morrow Management is a dry utility consulting firm that
supports residential and commercial development projects throughout
Southern California. We work closely with developers, designers,
utility providers, and municipalities to coordinate utility
infrastructure from due diligence through construction and final
meter installations. About the Role Project Coordinators support
Project Managers in keeping projects organized, moving forward, and
on track. This is a fast-paced, people-facing role that involves
frequent communication with clients, utility agencies, and internal
teams. Projects range from single-family and multi-family housing
to commercial developments. We will train on industry knowledgethis
role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to
learn. Key Responsibilities Support Project Managers through all
phases of a project Prepare schedules, meeting agendas, and meeting
minutes Coordinate and track submittals, approvals, and deliveries
Communicate with utility companies, developers, and design teams
Review drawings and submittals for accuracy and utility compliance
Track project progress and provide weekly status updates Maintain
positive client relationships and clear communication Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent
organization, follow-up, and time-management skills Ability to
manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities Self-motivated,
dependable, and detail-oriented Positive attitude and team-focused
mindset Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
Technical Skills Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams Schedule
& Work Environment In-office position (no remote work)
MondayThursday: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM 12:00 PM Occasional
