Job Description:
A company is looking for an Event Marketing Specialist to
support the planning, execution, and optimization of in-person and
virtual events.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute events that influence target accounts and generate
leads for sales follow-up
Negotiate event sponsorships and manage budgets and contracts
Collaborate with marketing teams to align event activities with
wider campaigns
Required Qualifications
Experience coordinating logistics for various event types,
including conferences and virtual events
Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce
Proven creative approach to event engagement and booth design
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple
projects simultaneously
Bonus: familiarity with healthcare, health tech, and B2B
marketing
