project planning and scheduling activities Coordinate shipping
schedules for all projects and track deliveries Assist in resolving
customer concerns related to shipments and materials Perform order
entry and maintain accurate project documentation Prepare and
manage submittal packages, logs, procurement records, and delivery
spreadsheets Follow up with manufacturers on ship schedules,
submittals, and project updates Keep internal teams and external
stakeholders informed of project scope, progress, and timelines
Assist with general administrative and project-related tasks as
assigned Qualifications High School Diploma (required); additional
education or coursework in business, administration, or project
management a plus 1 years of experience in an administrative,
project coordination, or office support role
(construction/electrical industry experience preferred but not
required) Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent
time management and organizational abilities with attention to
detail Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities
Strong customer service and follow-through skills Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn
