Job Title: Tax Manager | Senior Manager Locations: San Diego | Irvine - Hyrbid Schedule, very flexible! What You’ll Do: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of tax professionals in delivering high-quality, timely tax services for a diverse portfolio of clients, including businesses and high-net-worth individuals. Provide insightful tax planning strategies and innovative solutions, strengthening relationships and uncovering opportunities to add value. Review and manage complex tax returns while staying up-to-date with tax laws, guiding your team to ensure compliance and optimal outcomes. Collaborate across departments and with clients directly to bring a holistic, forward-thinking approach to each project. What You’ll Bring: CPA certification and 5 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on tax management. Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of developing and mentoring teams. Deep knowledge of tax laws and regulations, coupled with a proactive, client-focused mindset. Strong organizational and communication skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
