401K Job Details Responsibilities Oversee all financial operations
of the manufacturing plant, including budgeting, accounting, and
financial planning and analysis. Develop and implement financial
policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and
regulatory compliance. Work closely with plant management to
develop budgets and financial forecasts, and to identify
opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements. Provide
financial insight and analysis to support operational
decision-making. Prepare and present financial reports and metrics
to senior management, highlighting key trends and providing
actionable insights. Ensure accurate and timely financial
reporting, and ensure compliance with company policies and
regulatory requirements. Lead and manage the plant finance team,
fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional
development. Collaborate with other departments to streamline
processes, improve financial transparency, and drive overall
business performance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance,
Accounting, or related field. Master’s degree or CPA certification
is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in
the manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of manufacturing
accounting and financial analysis. Proven experience in budgeting,
forecasting, and financial planning. Exceptional analytical skills,
with a strong ability to translate financial data into actionable
business insights. Strong leadership and team management skills,
with a proven ability to motivate and develop a high-performing
finance team. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to
present complex financial information in a clear and concise
manner. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel
skills. Strong attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy
in preparing and entering financial information. Ability to work in
a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet
