Mortgage Quality Control Auditor

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Mortgage Quality Control Auditor.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure all loans comply with agency-conforming guidelines and internal policies
Review and validate financial documentation and analyze borrower information for loan eligibility
Collaborate with operations team to maintain quality standards throughout Pre-Funding and Post-Close processes

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in mortgage underwriting and quality control
Proficiency with Desktop Underwriter (DU) and Loan Prospector/Loan Product Advisor (LP/LPA)
Strong understanding of the end-to-end mortgage lending process
Ability to perform complex loan calculations (DTI, LTV, etc.)
Leadership experience is a plus
