Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr IT Business Partner - HR
Technology.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary IT contact for HR leadership and stakeholders,
translating business needs into functional and technical
requirements
Co-own and maintain the HR technology roadmap, leading governance
and change request processes
Provide expertise in the design and implementation of Workday
modules, managing upgrades and vendor roadmaps
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience as a business
partner/analyst
3+ years of technical and functional experience as a Workday
subject matter expert
Experience leading at least one full lifecycle implementation of a
Workday module
Proficiency in reporting analytics and building dashboards
Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple
priorities
