Job Description:
A company is looking for a Student Payments Collections Advisor
(temporary).
Key Responsibilities
Contact students regarding unpaid tuition fees and discuss
solutions to meet payment obligations
Maintain positive relationships with students while providing
accurate information about payment options
Document interactions and generate reports on collection efforts
and outstanding balances
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years of related
experience, or an associate degree with at least 1 year of
experience
Previous experience in student accounts, financial aid,
collections, or customer service
Empathy and patience when dealing with students facing financial
difficulties
Strong negotiation abilities
Knowledge of relevant regulations governing student debt
collection
