Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager Brokerage
Services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of financial service customer account
representatives, providing coaching and mentoring
Implement new procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and
achieve call center goals
Drive operational excellence by evaluating processes and engaging
the team
Required Qualifications
FINRA Series 7, 9/10 or 24 and Series 63 required
Minimum of 3+ years of customer service experience in the financial
industry
In-depth knowledge of financial industry brokerage, trading, and
retirement rules
Complex problem-solving experience in financial services
operational areas
Bachelor's degree in business or finance preferred
