Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Financial Reporting and
Technical Accounting.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the preparation of financial reports and ensure compliance
with SEC filing requirements
Direct the organization's accounting policies and provide technical
accounting guidance
Oversee internal controls and facilitate the audit process to
ensure financial statements comply with U.S. GAAP
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in corporate accounting, including
technical accounting and SEC reporting
Active CPA (US) certification required
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls, including SOX
compliance
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a complex,
fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel;
experience with SAP and OneStream preferred
